This page briefly explains the control you have over your data when using LaunchExpert.ai. A full description of data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete and archive your own chats directly in the Service interface. Inactive chats are automatically archived after 30 days.
We do not train models on your data. The Service has no proprietary trainable models, and the data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI's models under OpenAI's terms. No action is required on your part — no separate opt-out is needed.
Self-service export through the interface is not yet implemented. To obtain a copy of your data, email legal@greenhillmediagroup.com — we will process the request manually.
Account deletion is performed upon request. Email legal@greenhillmediagroup.com, and we will delete your account and associated data, subject to the timeframes required by law and the need to comply with legal obligations.
The style-analysis feature (Tone of Voice) is currently disabled, and no text samples are collected. When it is enabled, you will be able to delete your ToV profile in the interface.
We currently send only transactional emails (for example, the welcome email with a password) necessary for the operation of the Service. If marketing communications are introduced in the future, you will be able to opt out at any time.
The Service uses only technically necessary session tokens (JWT) to sign in and operate.
